Servitude meaning, description and regulations

Servitude is a parallel boundary line on both sides of technical infrastructure or network such as fresh water pipe, electric cable, facility, etc. It limits construction parameter and other activities in the property. This is necessary in order to provide safe path of a network and easy access from utility companies. Most of all it eliminates accidents with inhabitants of the property beneath or above this network.

Another important aspect is the scale – the distance of the restriction increase with the importance of the network, because the possible negative aspect increase too. Each type of network has specified distance and limitation in a regulation.
